LIMITED WARRANTY

National Safety Net, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship, to the original purchaser, or the original recipient, if it was a gift, for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. Sales receipt or other proof of date of purchase required for warranty coverage. 

1.     If, during the 90 day warranty period, the digital display fails to operate and has adequate battery charge, the unit will be replaced free of charge except for shipping and handling charges, if the unit is returned post paid. 

2.     If the device should fail within one (1) year from date of purchase, for any reason except emersion into liquids or other abuse, it will be replaced for a charge of $30.00, plus shipping and handling charges, provided the device is returned post paid. 

3.     If the device should fail within two (2) year from date of purchase, for any reason except emersion into liquids or other abuse, it will be replaced for a charge of $50.00, plus shipping and handling charges, provided the device is returned post paid. 

Under sections one (1) two (2) and three (3) of the Limited Warranty (as shown above,) National Safety Net, Inc. does not acknowledge, in fact it denies, that the product was faulty by design or defective in any way whatsoever and shall retain the sole discretionary right to inspect, evaluate and judge the digital display as to condition and whether it had been abused or immersed in liquids.

This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, connection to a battery charger other then the one furnished with the unit, other general abuse, contact with any liquids, failures caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, introduction of sand, humidity, moisture or other liquids, use in commerce such as rental or lease, or damage attributable to acts of GOD.  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. 

There are no express warranties except as listed under "Limited Warranty" coverage.  Warrantor is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or out of any breach of this limited warranty.  THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, including warranty of merchantability, except as stated in this "Limited Warranty" coverage.
